Prepare pre-seasoned chicken for frying by coating it with breadcrumbs and flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Prepare ingredients for fried rice: wash and grate carrots, chop red onion, and prepare bora.
Add sweet corn, pineapple slices, and dry cranberries to the fried rice mixture.
Wash and season the rice with garlic herb seasoning, chicken bouillon cube, cinnamon stick, clove, star anise, sugar, and salt.
Melt butter in a pot and fry the grated ginger and other seasonings.
Add the seasoned rice to the pot and cover with hot water, cooking on low heat.
Add tougher vegetables like bora to the bottom of the pot to steam with the rice, layering the other vegetables on top.
Pressure cook the rice for about 1.5 rounds, checking for doneness after the first whistle.
