Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Mix in curry powder, turmeric, and coriander; cook for 1-2 minutes to release flavors.
Add guinea fowl pieces and brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 30-40 minutes until the meat is tender.
Stir in lime juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
