In a bowl, mix the 300 ml of milk, 1 egg yolk, 10 gr of vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 50 gr of mascarpone or Philadelphia cheese, and 20 ml of lemon juice to create a creamy mixture.

In another bowl, combine 2 eggs, 100 gr of sugar, 120 ml of sunflower oil, and 120 ml of milk, mixing well.
