50 g Fish Cake
150 g Pork
200 g Choy Sum
200 g Onion
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
200 g Yellow Noodles
100 g Rice Vermicelli
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
100 ml Water

Prepare all the ingredients: slice the fish cake, pork, and onion; chop the choy sum; and mince the garlic.

In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the pork to the pan and cook until browned.

Add the onion and stir-fry until translucent.

Add the fish cake and choy sum, and continue to stir-fry until the choy sum is wilted.

Add the yellow noodles and rice vermicelli to the pan, mixing well with the other ingredients.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water, stirring to combine everything evenly.

Cook until the noodles are heated through and the sauce is well incorporated.
