Cook the soup for 2-3 hours until the goose is tender.
Remove the goose from the pot and let it cool.
Strain the broth to remove vegetables and spices.
Shred the meat from the goose and return it to the broth.
Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, ginger, and cumin.
Season with salt and chili flakes to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy.
