Start by softening 1/2 cup of butter.

In a bowl, combine 3 large eggs, 1/3 cup of milk, and 3 tablespoons of water heated to between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Whisk the eggs until combined.

Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 3 cups of bread flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of bread machine yeast to the bowl.

Make a small hole in the flour and add the yeast into that hole.

Place the pan into the bread machine and select the dough menu, which takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete.
