Maryland Crab Cakes

1 egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parsley
2 scallion tips
1/2 cup celery
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup crab chunks
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
melted butter or infused oil

In a large bowl, mix together the egg, mayonnaise, parsley, scallion tips, celery, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, lemon juice, and salt.

Add in the crab chunks and then the breadcrumbs, gently folding the mixture together.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.

Set up a baking sheet and preheat your oven.

Scoop out the crab mixture to create about six cakes, forming them with your fingers and flattening slightly on top.

Brush or spray the cakes with melted butter or infused oil and place them in the oven for approximately 14 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or seafood cocktail sauce.
