Open a carton of firm tofu (300 grams), drain the water, and slice it into thick pieces, then set aside.

In a deep pot or pan, add 3 cups of water and turn the stove on high heat.

Add all the zucchini, all the onion, half of the sliced spicy peppers, 2 tablespoons of soybean paste, 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, 0.5 tablespoon of fish sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of beef dashida, and 0.25 teaspoon of MSG to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, pressing the soybean paste down to dissolve it completely.

Once boiling, turn the stove off, add the tofu, and add thinly sliced beef brisket and the remaining spicy peppers.

Boil for an additional 2 minutes, then turn the stove off.
