Crostini: Three Ways- In the Kitchen with David

Ingredients
- ●4 large flour tortillas
- ●1 cup cooked corned beef, sliced
- ●1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- ●1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- ●1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- ●1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ●1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- 2Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on each tortilla.
- 3Layer the corned beef evenly on top of the mustard.
- 4Add a layer of sauerkraut over the corned beef.
- 5Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
- 6Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Russian or Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
- 7Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- 8Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 9Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- 10Flip the wraps and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- 11Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve with extra dressing on the side.

Reuben Wrap

Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve with extra dressing on the side.
