Blend avocados until smooth in a food processor.
In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and all-purpose cream, and heat until just simmering.
Sprinkle the unflavored jelly mix over water and let it bloom according to package instructions.
Add the bloomed jelly mix to the warm milk mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Combine the avocado puree with the milk mixture and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds.
Refrigerate until set, approximately 4 hours.
Serve chilled, topped with chopped chocolate.
