2 cups cucumbers, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 cup sugar

Chop cucumbers, onions, cabbage, and peppers for relish.
