1 jalapeno pepper
2 medium tomatoes

Snap off the ends of the fresh green beans or cut them off if preferred.

Boil water and add the green beans, cooking for about 3 minutes.

Prepare an ice bath and transfer the green beans to it to stop the cooking process.
