Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the ricotta mixture in the center, leaving a border around the edges.
Top with the sautéed spinach and onion mixture.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pleating as necessary to create a rustic look.
Brush the edges with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
