Add 1 tablespoon of oil from sun dried tomatoes to medium hot pan. Add onion & cherry tomatoes & cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add pasta to pan of boiling water & cook according to packet instructions, occasionally stirring to prevent sticking.

Add garlic, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovies & red pepper, & cook gently for 2 minutes.

Add the drained cooked pasta, season with salt & pepper, & mix together well.

Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, basil leaves & olive oil.
