Zero out the scale and add 125 g of coarsely ground coffee into a mason jar.

Add 1 liter of cold water to the mason jar with the coffee.

Pop the lid on the mason jar and give it a nice shake to mix and ensure all coffee is wet.

Place the mason jar in the fridge for 24 hours to steep.

After 24 hours, prepare to filter the cold brew by rinsing a V60 or regular drip filter to avoid papery taste.

Set the filter on top of another mason jar.

Pour the cold brew mixture slowly into the filter to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid.

Allow the filtering process to take a few minutes until all liquid is filtered out.

Store the filtered cold brew concentrate in the fridge for a few weeks.

Dilute the cold brew concentrate with hot or cold water if it's too strong for your taste.
