Homemade Ferrero Rocher Chocolates

Crush chocolates with hazelnuts using a rolling pin in a ziplock bag.
Melt chocolate using a double boiler over medium to low heat, ensuring water does not touch the bowl.
Add coconut cream to the melted chocolate gradually, mixing well.
Add hazelnut spread and mix until smooth, ensuring the chocolate does not burn.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then wrap and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Spoon out the mixture and form it into discs, then roll a baked hazelnut into each disc to form a ball.
Roll each chocolate ball into ground hazelnuts to coat.
Prepare a chocolate ganache by melting chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in small intervals, stirring in between.
Cover each chocolate with the ganache using two forks and let excess drip off.
Place chocolates on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
