1 lb skirt steak, cut into small chunks
2 tbs neutral oil, plus more for cooking
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
corn tortillas
white onion, small diced
freshly chopped cilantro
lime juice

add the beef into a bowl and add seasonings; drizzle with 2 tbs of oil and mix well

heat a nonstick pan on high heat and add 2 tbs of oil

sear the beef until brown, about 5-7 minutes; set aside when done

heat corn tortillas on a flat top grill or nonstick pan

double-layer the tortillas and add beef

top with white onion and cilantro; squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos
