In a separate pan, heat chili oil.

Add the blended onion mixture to the pan and thin out the sauce with more pasta water if needed.

Stir in heavy cream and season with black pepper to taste.

Add cooked noodles to the sauce and mix well.

Incorporate fresh shredded parmesan cheese until creamy.

Garnish with more chili oil, parsley, and parmesan before serving.
