Heat a pan over medium flame.
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan and let it heat for 30 seconds.
Add the dried red chilies to the oil to infuse the flavor for about 20 seconds, then remove them from the oil.
Add minced garlic and the chopped green chilies to the pan, mixing well.
Add sliced fresh garlic and sauté until it starts to change color.
Stir in 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a few pinches of chili powder, mixing well for about 14 seconds.
Add the sliced tomato to the mixture and stir well.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 500ml of water to the pan, mixing thoroughly.
Let the mixture boil for around 5 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy due to the flour.
Turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
