Add the cooked bacon to the rice mixture for flavor.
Break up the eggs and mix them into the rice and bacon.
Pour half of the sauce mixture over the rice and stir to combine.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more sauce if desired.
Add the remaining scallions and mix them in.
Cook until everything is heated through and the rice is slightly crispy, adjusting heat as needed to avoid sticking.
Serve hot and enjoy.
