Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Oil the beef sirloin on both sides.
Season the beef with pink sea salt, granulated garlic (about 1 tablespoon), celery salt (about 1 teaspoon), caramelized onion (about 1 teaspoon or tablespoon), beef bouillon (about 2 tablespoons), black pepper (about 1 teaspoon), Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon), thyme (1 tablespoon), coriander (about 1 teaspoon), basil, and crushed pepper flakes.
Pour 3 cups of water into the roasting pan with the beef.
Chop the vegetables (2 bell peppers, 1 onion, and 3-4 cloves of garlic) and add them to the pan.
Place the pan in the oven and cook for 2 hours at 400°F (204°C).
After cooking, let the beef cool completely for a couple of hours, then wrap it and refrigerate overnight.
Slice the beef thinly the next day.
Simmer the juices from the pan in a pot.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing sliced beef on a hoagie roll, adding cheese, and dipping it in the juices.
