Samogitian kastinys

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
4 oz smoked bacon
1/4 cup fresh dill
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 medium potatoes
4 slices rye bread

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
