Prepare the lievitino by mixing 15g of yeast with 50g of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 30g of flour. Let it rise until bubbly.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 egg, 80g of sugar, 200ml of warm milk, and 120g of sunflower oil.
Add the prepared lievitino to the mixture and mix well.
Gradually add 500g of flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
Roll out the dough and spread Nutella (or jam) on top, then roll it up into a log.
Cut the log into pieces and place them on a baking tray.
Let the rolls rise again before baking them in the oven.
