1 cup water
8 to 10 dried chilies
2 to 3 tomatoes
3 to 4 tablespoons oil
5 to 7 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger

Boil 1 cup of water.

Add 8 to 10 dried chilies and 2 to 3 tomatoes to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until the tomato skins start to separate.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down before blending.

Once cooled, blend the mixture into a fine paste.

In a pan, heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil on low flame.

Add 5 to 7 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 inch of chopped ginger to the oil and sauté.

Add the blended paste to the pan and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes until the raw taste of the tomatoes is gone.

Add a little water and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
