2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cream pepper powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 medium yellow green capsicum
1 cup tomato rice
4 large eggs
1/4 cup coriander
1/4 cup parsley
