Cook the beans on high heat for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove the beans from the pot using a slotted spoon, keeping the bean stock.

Measure and wash 6 cups of long grain white rice.

Add the cooked beans back to the pot along with the 6 cups of rice.

Add 13.5 fluid oz of coconut milk to the pot.

Measure and add back the bean stock, totaling 2.5 cups of liquid.
