Olive oil provides a healthier fat option while margarine is often less expensive.
Put the instant pot on saute mode and press start.
Add 1 stick of butter to the pot.
Add chopped onions, chopped pimento peppers, and minced garlic; saute for around 2 minutes.
Add chopped and cleaned cassava (yucca) to the pot.
Season with complete seasoning and mix well.
Add 1 packet of coconut milk powder for creaminess (optional).
Taste the sauce and adjust salt if necessary.
Add water to prevent sticking or burning at the bottom.
Turn off saute mode, cover the instant pot, and set to pressure cook mode for 12 minutes.
Release the pressure once cooking is finished and open the pot.
Add fresh green seasoning and mix well before serving.
