1/4 teaspoon Spanish saffron
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 preserved lemon
2 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup flour
