Stuff the cavity with garlic, thyme, rosemary, and orange wedges.

Place the duck on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up.

Mix honey, soy sauce, ginger, and vinegar in a small bowl.

Brush the duck with the honey mixture, coating evenly.

Roast the duck for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.

Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).

Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Serve with roasted vegetables and a drizzle of the pan sauce.
