Allow the melted butter to cool to room temperature.
Divide the dough into portions and flatten each portion by hand without using a rolling pin.
Spread the dough by hand, ensuring it doesn't tear.
Sprinkle melted butter over the stretched dough and fold it in layers.
Roll the folded dough by hand to maintain the layers.
Cook the paratha on a skillet until crispy, flipping to ensure both sides are cooked.
