Philly Cheesesteaks

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
4 hoagie rolls
8 slices provolone cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.

Divide the steak and vegetable mixture among the hoagie rolls.

Top each filled roll with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
