Philly Cheesesteaks

3 pieces bacon per cheesesteak

Cook bacon on high heat until soft, not crispy, then set aside.

Add shaved beef steak to the grill, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just about done, while avoiding drying it out.

Move cooked beef to a cooler part of the grill to prepare for frying eggs.

Crack 5 eggs into a bowl to check for quality, then fry 2 eggs for each cheesesteak on low heat.

Toast Amoroso rolls on the grill while preparing the cheesesteaks.

Layer cooked beef on the toasted rolls, top with provolone cheese, and add 3 pieces of bacon and 2 fried eggs on each.
