2 onions

Slice 2 onions and 2 green peppers, then set aside.

Heat the Blackstone griddle on high, then turn to medium and add oil.

Add sliced onions to the griddle and let them sizzle.

Slice baby bella mushrooms and add them to the griddle on the far side.

Season the onions and peppers with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add sliced green peppers to the griddle with the onions and mix.

Add Worcestershire sauce to the mushrooms on the griddle.

Cut ribeye steak into thin slices, preferably after firming in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Add oil, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to the sliced steak on the griddle.

Place white Italian rolls (not fully cut) face down on the griddle with a little oil.

Assemble the cheesesteak by adding steak, onions, peppers, and choice of provolone cheese or cheese whiz to the roll.
