45 g olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
350 g flour
400 g feta cheese
2 eggs
200 g yoghurt

Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Cut the dough into 10 equal parts.

Put the dough in cornstarch and cover it.

Set aside for about 20 minutes.

Mix 400 g feta cheese, 2 eggs, and 200 g yoghurt in a bowl.

Optionally add spearmint to the cheese mixture.

Take a baking tray (32 cm) and grease it with olive oil.

Take 5 pieces of dough and layer them one over the other, adding cornstarch between each layer.

Spread the dough slightly before adding it to the baking tray.

Add the cheese filling on top of the dough in the baking tray.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining dough.

Fold the dough over the filling and brush with olive oil.

Cut the pie into pieces before baking.

Bake at 180°C/360°F for about 50 minutes.

Cut the pie while it is still hot and let it cool down.
