Whole wheat phyllo adds fiber while homemade can reduce costs.

Add 3 eggs, cottage cheese, and crumbled feta cheese to a bowl and mix well.

Defrost and unwrap 1/2 pound of phyllo dough just before assembling.

Cut the phyllo dough into three strips.

Take two strips at a time, brush the top with melted butter or olive oil, and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the beginning of each strip.

Fold the corner of the strip to the side to keep it in a triangle shape while folding up the cheese mixture.

Brush the finished triangles one last time with melted butter.

Place the triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 15 to 20 minutes.
