2 1/2 cups feta cheese
1 1/2 cups graviera cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 cup of unsalted butter
Kataifi pastry or Filo dough

In a bowl, mix together the feta, graviera, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

In a baking dish, butter the bottom and all sides of it. Place a layer on the bottom of the kataifi pastry and sprinkle a little bit of butter over it.

Put the filling over the kataifi in an even layer and cover it with the rest of the kataifi. Pour the rest of the butter over it.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve either hot or room temperature.
