Introduce the dish as Accra, a street food made from Black Eyed Peas.

Pour the peeled Black Eyed Peas, salt, Magi, and onions into a blender.
Add a small drop of water to the blender.
Blend the mixture until it becomes a puree, being careful not to add too much water.
Pour the puree into a cake mixer and whisk until it doubles in volume.
Check the texture of the puree to ensure it has a stiff peak and is not dripping.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat for frying.
Scoop a spoonful of the Black Eyed Peas mixture into the hot oil.
Fry on one side until golden brown, then flip to fry the other side until golden brown.
Remove the fried Accra and place it on a rack with a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Show the fluffy inside of the Accra and suggest serving with hot pepper sauce or on its own.
