Tear the top off the pouch of Barilla 60 seconds pasta.
Microwave the pasta for 60 seconds.
While the pasta is microwaving, heat the jersey tomato sauce in a pan.
Add Kerrygold garlic and herb butter to the sauce and melt it in.
Once the pasta is done, add it to the sauce in the pan.
Mix the pasta into the sauce thoroughly.
Top with more Pecorino Romano cheese before serving.
