1 cup warm water (120 to 130 degrees)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1.25 cups all-purpose flour (for dough)
pizza sauce or favorite spaghetti sauce

1

Start by lighting the Big Green Egg with a starter cube.

2

Place the plate setter and riser blocks in the Big Green Egg.

3

Put the pizza stone on top and let it warm up to 425 degrees.

4

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 envelope of Fleischmann's pizza yeast, 1.5 teaspoons of white sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

5

Add 1 cup of warm water (120 to 130 degrees) and mix until you have a nice even consistency.

6

Mix in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

7

Slowly add 1.25 cups of flour, stirring until it thickens.

8

Knead the dough with your hands until it's slightly sticky and forms a ball, adding more flour if necessary.

9

Place the dough on parchment paper with a little flour and cut it in half to make two smaller pizzas.

10

Use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough to your desired shape and size.

11

Cut around the pizza crust with kitchen shears, keeping it on the parchment paper.

12

Spread pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce on the dough to your liking.

13

Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese on top.

14

Add pepperoni and any other desired toppings.

15

Slide the pizza onto a large cutting board using the parchment paper if you don't have a pizza peel.

16

Place the pizza on the grill using the parchment paper.

17

Cook for 2 minutes with the parchment paper under the pizza to prevent sticking.

18

After 2 minutes, use a spatula to loosen the pizza and remove the parchment paper.

19

Shut the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.

20

Check the pizza after 5 minutes to ensure it's cooking evenly.

21

Look for a golden brown crust and bubbling cheese before removing it from the grill.
