Shift 2.5 cups of all-purpose flour into a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 heaping teaspoon of parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 pack of active dry yeast to the flour.

Lightly flour your surface to prevent the dough from sticking.

Gently fold and knead the dough, adding extra flour as needed to manage stickiness.

Lightly press out the dough with a rolling pin.

Wrap the dough in saran wrap and let it sit in a warm dry place for about 30 minutes.

While the dough is rising, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
