Add 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar to warm water and stir until dissolved.

Let the mixture sit until it becomes frothy, about 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of salt with 2 cups of flour.

Once the yeast mixture is frothy, add it to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Add medium intensity extra-virgin olive oil to the dough mixture and ensure it's well incorporated.

Cover the dough with parchment paper and let it rise until about 5:00 PM (approximately 2 hours).

Chop red onion and yellow pepper for one of the pizzas.

At 5:00 PM, prepare the sauce by mixing basil infused olive oil with garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and dried basil.

For the second pizza, mix herb de Provence infused olive oil with pureed pumpkin.

Place the pizzas in the oven and bake for 16 minutes, swapping them halfway through for even cooking.
