1 cup passata
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
6 oz chorizo, sliced
2 cups pre-grated mozzarella
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 fresh green chili, sliced
1/2 cup red pepper hummus
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup pickled green chilies

Preheat the oven to 200-205 degrees Celsius.

Place flatbreads on a baking tray.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of passata on each flatbread.

Thinly slice one mushroom and add it on top.
