4 sweet potatoes
2 taro
4 large banana leaves
2 limes

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 cups water
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Prepare the whole pig by cleaning and gutting it thoroughly.

Rub the pig inside and out with sea salt and black pepper.
