450 g pastry flour

50 g orange juice
50 g raisins

Add 500 g orange juice to a bowl.

Add 2 tbsp vinegar to the orange juice.

Add 1/2 tsp baking soda to the mixture.

Add 100 g vegetable oil to the bowl.

Add 200 g sugar to the mixture.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add orange peel to the mixture.

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric to the bowl.

Add 20 g baking powder to the mixture.

Gradually add 450 g pastry flour (soft flour) while sifting it in.

Mix well to avoid lumps!

The dough has to be like this!

Add 20 g cacao to a separate bowl.

Add 50 g orange juice to the cacao and mix.

Add the cacao mixture to the main bowl with 1/4 of the dough.

Mix well!

Add 50 g raisins to the mixture.

Grease the baking dish with oil!

Pour the orange mixture into the greased dish.

Pour the cacao mixture on top of the orange mixture.

Mix with a wood skewer!

Bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 50 minutes!

Make sure the dessert is baked and then set aside for 15 minutes!

Put it on a dish and let the dessert cool!
