Haitian Stew Chicken with Okra

Marinate the chicken with Cajun seasoning, one cube of Maggie, ground pepper, scotch bonnet pepper, and thyme.
Cover the marinated chicken and let it sit for about an hour.
Cut half an onion and half a red bell pepper and set them aside.
Add a little bit of water to the pot with the chicken, cooking on medium low until the chicken is about 80% cooked.
Remove the water from the pot to save the flavors, then add tomato paste to the chicken to give it a nice brownish color.
Add water back into the pot after the chicken has browned.
Add the red bell pepper and let it cook for about 10 to 15 more minutes.
Once the chicken and red bell pepper are cooked, add the onions and taste for salt.
