2 oranges (juice)
2 lemons (juice)

Crush 100 g of fresh ginger or grind it in a food processor.

Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot.

Chop 1 cup of raisins and set aside.

Add the crushed ginger to the boiling water.

Open the cardamom pods and add them to the pot.

Add 4 cloves, 2 pieces of cinnamon, and 2 dried chili peppers to the pot.

Add the chopped raisins and 2 cups of sugar to the pot.

Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, covering the pot with a lid.

After 20 minutes, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add 1 teaspoon of citric acid to the mixture.

Let the mixture cool down before adding the juices of 2 oranges and 2 lemons.

Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of yeast to the mixture.

Cover the container and let it ferment for 12 days, then strain and bottle.

After bottling, let it sit for another 12 days for further fermentation.
