Rinse 3 cups of sweet rice until the water runs almost clear, about 3 to 4 times.
Fill the bowl with water about 3-4 inches above the rice line and soak for about 6 hours.
Prepare the steamer by adding water halfway and turning the heat on high.
Cut Chinese sausages into cubes, halving them and then cutting into strips before dicing.
Drain the soaked rice and mix in the chopped Chinese sausages.
Pour the rice and sausage mixture into the steamer pot, ensuring to drain any excess water.
Place the steamer over the boiling water and steam for 45 minutes.
Remove the rice and sausage mixture from the steamer and pour it onto a large plate to cool to a warm temperature.
Use a rice spoon to mix the rice to allow it to cool faster.
Make the seasoning sauce by mixing 1 tbsp of Golden Mountain seasoning sauce with 2 tbsp of water.
Sprinkle the seasoning sauce over the rice and mix until well combined.
Wrap the rice and sausage mixture in sandwich bags, first without greens, then add cilantro and green onions to the next batch and wrap again.
