Instructions
- 1Slice beef thinly against the grain and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- 3Add marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- 4Remove beef from the skillet and set aside, leaving the juices in the pan.
- 5Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- 7Return the beef to the skillet and add oyster sauce, beef broth, and sesame oil.
- 8Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 9Slice green onions and sprinkle over the dish before serving.
- 10Serve hot over cooked rice.

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 2Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- 4In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 5Add the snow peas to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- 6Return the beef to the skillet and add the oyster sauce and water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- 7Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- 8Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to combine.
- 9Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, calamansi juice, black pepper, and sliced beef. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3Add the marinated beef (reserve the marinade) and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
- 4In the same pan, add the sliced onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- 5Return the beef to the pan and pour in the reserved marinade and water. Stir to combine.
- 6Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- 7Season with salt to taste.
- 8Serve hot with steamed rice.
