Instructions

  1. 1Slice beef thinly against the grain and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
  3. 3Add marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. 4Remove beef from the skillet and set aside, leaving the juices in the pan.

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Instructions
