1/2 to 1 avocado
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 small cucumber
1 bowl rice
3 sheets of seaweed (nori)
3 sheets of rice paper
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon amino soy sauce
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sesame powder
2/3 tablespoon amino soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon stevia
a bit of wasabi
