2 tablespoons sauce doctor jerk barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups four types of bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
8 small tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa picante
